How does payment work?

At the moment, clients transfer the amount we agree over email (depending on which service is being purchased) via bank transfer. I will send across an invoice and allow 30 days for the agreed balance to be transferred.

Does it matter where I live?

Not at all! I work with clients who are based all over the UK. That is why the online styling works so well! Should you not live in London and be interested in the In-Person Styling Package, still get in touch as I may be able to travel to you.

Do you only style particular styles or sizes?

I am really passionate about working with different shapes, sizes and heights and love the experience of working with a client to really highlight their shape and achieve their aspired style and personal focus and goals (from effortless to polished to glamorous to artistic), leading to elevated confidence and reducing the stress associated with everyday outfit building and getting ready for events.

I have vast experience working with clients ranging from petite to regular to plus, along with experience working with different heights, shapes and body proportions. I can tailor my skills to suit whatever aspired style you desire, from chic to vintage to trend-led to classic.

I am really busy, how much input will I have to have?

Again, this is something I hear a lot so I have ensured each part of the service is as effortless as possible to use. With phone and email also working really well for consultations and feedback it allows communication with me as and when suits you. If you choose any of the options (apart from in-person styling), any items you want to buy you will need to order online and try at home or go in store to try on!

Which service will work best for me?

This is totally dependant upon what you are after and the state of your current wardrobe. I have never yet said no to any request so please don't be afraid to ask for whatever styling guidance you are after.
